Questions that I often get asked...
How do I send my flowers to you?
When do I need to send my flowers to you?
Flowers can be sent to me from all over the UK, once I have received your booking fee I send you an email with lots of tips, advice and information of the whole process!
If you are using my preservation service I need your flowers whilst still as fresh as possible for the best results! I may request a picture of your flowers in their current condition so that I can best advise on what you have to work with!
How long does the process take?
Timescales can vary for a number of reasons such as, the size of the order, temperature of the time of year, other orders I can currently working on etc! I will always keep you updated! For flower preservation I give a maximum timescale of up to 12 weeks!
If you are requesting gifts for a certain date I will always try to accommodate this as and when I can!

WHAT BRIDES NEED TO KNOW!
Can I send my flowers once they are dried?
Yes of course you can, however, as this is a service I offer unfortunately I do not advise on how to do this! There are various mentions and I have learnt through experience of what works best with different flowers! If you would like to send dried or pre-pressed flowers to me you do not need to book, although you are still welcome to if you would prefer not to wait!
Can you make something that I can't find on your product list?
If there is something you are searching for that you can see on my page, please feel free to send me a message! I do love a new challenge and hopefully will be able to accommodate your request! If it is an item that you have seen and has sold, these cannot always be re-made but please feel free to ask!
Do you have a shop?
I wish... I do all of my work from home, which is currently part home part workshop! I do however have stockists which also can be used as drop off / collection points!
Where about's are you based?
When do I need to decide what products I would like?
What do you recommend I order?
This is such a vague question as it totally depends on a number of factors such as: your budget, where you would display your items in your home, if you are looking for gifts, the size and construction of your flowers etc.
The best advice I can recommend is to browse the product options with your flowers in mind, rather than choosing products you like and then trying to make your flowers fit.
I will always advise honestly and am here to help you utilise your flowers to their full potential.

I am based in East Lancashire however I do cover the whole of the UK and have customers from up in Glasgow down to Guernsey! If you are local you are welcome to drop off and collect from me. If you are needing to post your flowers to me, I provide lots of information, tips and advice on how best to do this.
Don't panic, you don"t need to decide on products when you are booking. I just ask you to include a list of initial ideas when you are sending your flowers to me. I can also help and advise once your flowers are preserved and ready for me to work with.
